Admitted to DMCH with stab wounds in her head
A schoolgirl was severely stabbed by unidentified criminals in Sirajdikhan upazila of Munshiganj this afternoon.

Victim Tahmina Jahan Akhi, an SSC examinee, was admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital around 8:45pm with stab wounds in her head, said Sub-Inspector Bachchu Mia of DMCH police outpost.

A group of criminals entered their house in Chor Maddam area around 5:00pm and stabbed her indiscriminately, leaving her critically injured, victim’s brother Jasim Uddin told The Daily Star.

Detail of the incident could not be learnt immediately.
