Police have arrested an accused in the case filed over the killing of Juba League leader in Munshiganj. The arrestee is Sujon, son of late Idris Member, of Mouchamondra village.

The body of a Jubo League leader, who was allegedly abducted on Thursday, has been recovered from a roadside crop field in Kazir Pagla area under Louhajong upazila of Munshiganj on Friday morning.

The body of Rafiqul Islam Rafiq, 40, organising secretary of Medenimondol union unit Jubo League was recovered from a roadside crop field in Kazir Pagla area under Louhajong upazila of Munshiganj on Friday morning.

He was allegedly abducted on Thursday.

Nazrul Islam, elder brother of Rafiqul Islam, filed a case against five persons with Lauhajang police station on Friday night.
