A father and son were killed in a collision between a trolley and an auto-rickshaw in Munshiganj Sadar. At this time, three others were injured.

The accident took place at the Torki area in ​​Charkewar Union Parishad of Sadar Upazila around 11:30 am on Monday.

The deceased are – Dadon Sarkar and his son Honain Sarkar. Their house is located in the Char Abdullah area of ​​Munshiganj Sadar Upazila.

Eyewitnesses said that the autorickshaw and the trolley collided around 11:30 am. At that time, everyone in the autorickshaw was injured. After rescuing the injured and taking them to Munshiganj General Hospital, doctors declared the father and son dead.

Dr. Kamal Pradhan of Munshiganj General Hospital said that the father and son died before being brought to the hospital.

Munshiganj Sadar police station OC Aminul Islam said that father and son died in the accident. Three others were injured in the incident. The autorickshaw and trolley involved in the accident have been taken into custody.
